Want to get sweaty?

In November 2017, I celebrated 10 years as a Les Mills instructor, and shadowing the Les Mills Asia Pacific presenter team at the November quarterly workshops after earning Elite status at my Advanced Instructor Module training.

For those who know me, I'm a rather shy and quiet guy. I had never been involved in sports at school, and it wasn't until I started going to the gym in my Uni days that I actually found enjoyment in exercise, and that was in the form of group fitness classes.

My first love was BodyAttack, and my instructor suggested that I'd be the right fit to be an instructor - and six months later was rocking up to my first module training with Les Mills Asia Pacific to become a BodyAttack instructor.

Since then, I've become trained, certified and advanced educated in BodyBalance and Les Mills Tone (AIM 2 Elite), and teach at a number of clubs in Melbourne. I'm also trained, certified and advanced educated in BodyAttack, BodyPump CXWORX.

Want to get sweaty with me? Here's my schedule as of June 2019:

Mondays
BodyBalance, 6:00pm at Goodlife Point Cook
Les Mills Tone, 7:00pm at Goodlife Point Cook
Tuesdays
BodyPump, 6:10pm at Goodlife Point Cook (cover until 4th June inclusive)
Wednesdays
Les Mills Tone (30 minutes), 6:00am at Goodlife Point Cook
Thursdays
BodyBalance, 10:40am at Goodlife Point Cook
Les Mills Tone, 6:30pm at Goodlife Point Cook
